This is why we have decided to follow a new path and open up wider dialogue with our customers to mutual benefit. On one hand, we would like to convey know-how relating to our products ; equally, we would also like to analyze market trends, share experience and discuss development possibilities with our customers. This will allow us to tailor our technological developments to meet the particular process requirements of our customers in the best possible way.
To achieve this, we have converted our old exhibition hall in Buchen into the new Tuchenhagen Innovation Centre. For the coming year, we have devised a full annual programme of training courses and discussion forums especially oriented towards our customers. These courses cover all Tuchenhagen product areas, and the instructors also provide the opportunity to ask individual questions, pick up market trends and discuss them within the group.
As well as all technical aspects, it is important that our clients also gain personal, lasting impressions of Tuchenhagen, in addition to product know-how. This is why each course includes a qualified guided tour through our manufacturing area and a joint activity with our Sales Team.
In addition to the product training courses, we have organized 5 technical forums, specifically aimed at experts involved in decision making processes regarding plant design and engineering for liquid process lines. At these forums, experts from research and practice will discuss and analyse latest process developments.
